Articles All articles are in PDF format Chi Nei Tsang; Taoist Abdominal Massage, Internal Organs Massage and Chi Cultivation Practices, by Caryn Boyd Diel Balancing The Body With Qigong, by Caryn Boyd Diel   White Cloud Institute — 501 (c)(3) non-profit Dear Friends,   White Cloud Institute, an incorporated 501 (c)(3) non-profit, offers classes, retreats, workshops, continuing education opportunities, and low-cost community clinics to families, individuals, and professionals wishing to improve their health and well being.  Our curriculum focuses on Asian Bodywork, Energy Medicine, Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation, stress reduction practices, and alternative healing modalities.  We attract local and world-renowned Master educators to lead our programs, all of which are open to the general public.  Community and national projects, which include a longitudinal study of Well Breast Massage which began in January 2007, and research on the effects of Energy Medicine healing, and Qigong practices on the reversal of Osteoporosis will begin in 2008.     For the last five years, we have established our niche in advancing the healing arts.  Until 2006, White Cloud Institute was privately owned and funded. Now we are a non-profit in need of community support.  You may help us renew our commitment by making a financial contribution, in one of two ways, to our fund development campaign.   Our new Monthly Giving Program makes it easy to be an ongoing supporter. As a monthly donor you will receive our monthly e-magazine, The River, Return to Essence, school updates, and 10% off any bookstore items.  Simply decide how much you wish to spend each month, for one year minimum, and return the enclosed card.  Those who wish to support White Cloud Institute through a greater, once-a-year financial commitment may do so as well. To help support us and the projects which await funding, please include your donation in the return envelope provided. Your donation of any amount, $50-$10,000, will be graciously accepted and wisely used to support all programs.  All donations are tax deductible.   We are applying for grants and research monies, but also need private assistance.  Your donation supports our endeavors.
