Chi Nei Tsang (Asian bodywork) Classes are offered individually or as part of a Certification Program. White Cloud Institute’s Chi Nei Tsang Certification Program prepares you for a healing practice which provides powerful Asian bodywork. Chi Nei Tsang (CNT); Taoist Abdominal Massage is designed to provide deep healing by working directly on internal dysfunctions and energy blocks. Chi Nei Tsang is not only a bodytherapy technique, but a whole discipline involving training in vital energy cultivation (qigong) and active meditations to help open the body, mind and spirit. CNT is a way to begin to understand the Healing Tao System which is a very complete self-improvement program based on esoteric Taoist teachings and brought to the West by internationally renowned qigong Master, Mantak Chia.The program offers three levels of certification and is arranged so that you may go at your own pace. Tao for Women Based on ancient Taoist alchemical practices, the Healing
Tao is a complete system for developing greater Vitality, Creativity,
Self-Healing and Inner Peace. Through the proper circulation of chi,
harmonizing the emotions, right nutrition, and good alignment with
qigong, one is able to live a long and healthy life. In this workshop
we will practice the 6 healing sounds, Inner Smile, Microcosmic Orbit,
Ovarian Breathing, and Breast Massage. We will also be doing qigong
practice and will discuss ways of cultivating sexual energy and nurturing
ourselves throughout our lives. Participants will learn how to lift
the bladder and uterus to ease many symptoms. Enjoy the sharing and

Jade Woman Qigong is a superior method of healing that addresses the special needs of a woman's body. The phases of a woman's life require a plentiful supply of blood to assure normal gynecological function. Because of these needs, Qigong forms designed for women have a focus that is different from traditional forms. The form is named Jade Woman because Jade is a highly prized precious stone that, since ancient times, has been regarded as a symbol of yin (female) energy. This beautiful and effective form of Qigong was taught to Instructor Caryn Boyd Diel, by Master Liu He. Jade Woman Qigong was created for and taught to Master Liu He by her grandfather when she was a young girl growing up in China.
